    Position Overview

    The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is a law enforcement agency within the United States Department of Justice (DOJ). ATF is dedicated to the reduction of violent crime and the protection of our nation and responsible for the investigation and prevention of crimes that involve the unlawful use, manufacture, sale, trafficking, and possession of firearms; illegal use and storage of explosives; acts of arson and bombings; acts of terrorism; and illegal trafficking of alcohol and tobacco products. The commitment and skills of ATF’s employees are required to accomplish the Bureau’s critical mission.


    The Office of Science and Technology (OST) is responsible for enabling the execution of ATF’s mission through delivery of professional, high-quality services related to information, financial investigations, our laboratories, and through the strategic acquisition and/or development of advanced technologies supporting ATF needs.  OST provides information services to ATF to include IT governance, application maintenance, development, IT security, network, and communications.



    E3 Federal Solutions seeks a Program Manager to support an upcoming opportunity at Department of Justice 

    • The responsible person directs all phases of programs from inception through completion for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
    • Coordination of the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract are duties also required. 
    • Must represent themselves as the primary liaison to the Government for program activities, leading program review sessions with the Government to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance, and identify program problems and assist with obtaining solutions. 
    • Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. 
    • Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. 
    • Directs the work of contractor personnel under this contract from technical and administrative areas.


    Required Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Management/Administration or a related field and at least 12 years of experience in management of personnel is required. 


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of Department of Justice  (OST experience)
    • Project Management experience
    • PMP certification
