    Responsibilities

    • Provide system administration services, including critical system backups, including creating and maintaining NMCI SharePoint sites.
    • Prepare Department of Defense Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation and validate RMF packages for RDT&E systems.
    • Implement compliance with all relevant DOD Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG's), and Information Advisory Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA's) and bulletins (IAVB's)
    • Using the NMCI Navy Enterprise Tool (NET), will coordinate all Government asset validation and relocation IAW approved policies.
    • Conduct structured analysis, data modeling, information engineering, mathematical model building, sampling, and cost accounting.  
    • Specify the inputs to be accessed by the system, design the processing steps, and format the output to meet users’ needs.  
    • After system acceptance, determine what computer hardware and software will be needed to set the system up.
    • Coordinate tests and observe the initial use of the system to ensure that it performs as planned.  
    • Prepare specifications, flow charts, and process diagrams for computer programmers to follow. 

    Required Qualifications

    • Secret Clearance required
    • 10+ years’ experience in computer systems analysis
    • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field
    • Cyber Security Workforce Certified

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience supporting a Federal customer, specifically DOD
    • Information Assurance Technician Level 1 certification
    • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products
    • Proficiency in both programming and systems analysis.  
    • Work with databases, object-oriented programming languages, client-server applications development, multimedia and Internet technology.
