    Position Overview

    The Leasing Specialist will develop, review and assist in the development of facility, tactical infrastructure, and tower projects which includes:

    Responsibilities

    • Provide configuration and change management support; Assist in the review, creation, and tracking of leasing documentation;
    • Review existing GSA lease agreements, direct lease agreements, Memoranda of Agreement/Understanding (MOA/MOU), Inter-Agency Agreements (IAA) and other relevant documents;
    • Gather and organize all leases, MOU/MOA, IAA and management related documents and artifacts for all PMO real property assets;
    • Manage the data within TRIRIGA to ensure rent payments occur as required by the lease documentation;
    • Assist in the management, control, coordination, and execution of projects involving complex and long term leasing, space acquisition, and/or construction management;
    • Provide expertise in technical analysis and developing technical papers, briefings and performance predictions;
    • Responsible for the creation and upkeep of the following: Technical Analysis Reports; Briefing presentations; Performance Prediction Reports; Monthly Project Schedule Updates; Budget and Burn Rates;
    • Support all PMO project emergent requirements, which may include providing acquisition program management consulting and analysis as required; Assist Program Managers in managing and coordinating acquisition activities;
    • Assist in the preparation of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) and lifecycle costs for acquisition and program support;
    • Assist in the development of Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Objectives (SOO), and Performance Work Statements (PWS).

     

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience.
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools, specifically: Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Possess a proven experience developing and maintaining working relationships with high level officials and technical experts Ability to work collaboratively with all team members.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
