    Position Overview

    E3 Federal Solutions is looking for a Program Analyst to support a customer within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).  An ideal candidate will have exceptional writing and organizational skills, be familiar with OSD correspondence policies and guidance, and possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Specific duties include:


    • Author and edit a variety of correspondence to include memorandums, instructions, policies, etc.
    • Conduct research related to both internal and external tasks as assigned by senior leadership
    • Coordinate staff action packages through CATMS, and ensure appropriate external coordination, when appropriate
    • Create and maintain action trackers
    • Support aspects of processing issuances, FOIA requests, GAO taskings, and OIG audits 
    • Provide knowledge management support to ensure appropriate storage of electronic records

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Secret clearance required 
    • Bachelor's degree required, with a major of English or Journalism preferred
    • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
    • Proficient in standard MS Office suite products and SharePoint


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Military experience is preferred
    • Minimum of five years of experience, direct experience supporting the Office of the Secretary of Defense is preferred
