    Position Overview

    E3 seeks junior and mid-level Publication Process Coordinator with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our national security team in support of an IC customer.  Candidates will need to be proficient in reviewing content for web publications and working closely with stakeholder organizations to ensure publication schedules are met.  Position is located in Northern Virginia and requires a TS/SCI poly clearance.

    Responsibilities

    • Primary interface with stakeholder organizations to ensure timely and quality publications
    • Work collaboratively with editors to manage the production schedule of articles and analytic pieces.
    • Review articles to ensure completeness and inform authors if their content is missing necessary background data.
    • Collaborate with intelligence analysts, authoring offices, and management teams

    Required Qualifications

    • TS/SCI with poly clearance
    • Bachelor's degree in communications, international affairs, national security, economics, political science, or history
    • Experience supporting intelligence analytic organizations
    • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
    • Knowledge of analytic tradecraft
    • Experience reviewing analytic products and working with analysts
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage all levels of government customers and stakeholders

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience working for commercial news website publications is highly desired.
