We are interviewing for a DoD Travel Analyst-Passport/Visa Lead to become a part of our travel team supporting our Senior DoD client on-site at the Pentagon.
Process passports and visa requests including providing courier services to and from the Department of State Passport Office and foreign embassies in the Washington DC metro area.
Provide passport photography services within the Travel Office or the offices of senior personnel.
Manage compliance with the DoD Foreign Clearance Program (FCP) (DoDD 4500.54E).
Monitor, review, staff, and approve requests for Special Area Clearances in the DoD Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS).
At least two years of DoD (or similar Federal Dept) passport and visa clearance experience is highly desired.
At least two years providing courier services to and from the Department of State Passport Office and foreign embassies in the Washington DC metro area is highly desired.
Working knowledge of the DoD Foreign Clearance Program and APACS system is highly desired.
Bachelors degree required.
Current Top Secret with SCI eligibility is required.
