    Position Overview

    Assist with polygraph efforts for CBP's recruiting and hiring efforts.

    Responsibilities

    • Assign Polygraph exams to examiners using CAPS system
    • Follow up with examiners and applicants to schedule/reschedule polygraph exams
    • Support Polygraph intake tasks, including applicant information and forms uploading to CAPS and/or other CBP HR systems

    Required Qualifications

    • At least 1-3 years experience in assigning Polygraph exams to examiners using CAPS or similar system
    • Ability to pass background investigation (sensitive – critical)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous Federal hiring experience preferred
    • Proficient in English
    • Working knowledge of MS Office, Database Management, Query development
    • Excellent organizational skills
