E3 is seeking a Tech Writer/Speech Prep Analyst to work in Arlington, VA. Duties Include:
Prepare formal, official program documents and correspondence based on OUSD (R&E) input and direction and maintain accountability of associated program files and records
Assist in the development and coordination of appropriate responses, reports pertaining to OUSD (R&E) projects;provide these reports and summaries as prescribed in official DoD or other federal directives
Participate in scheduled and unscheduled in-process review meetings and briefings, as required by the Government; participate in ad-hoc meetings and be able to complete high priority assignments with quick turnaround response time;maintain configuration and quality control of assignments at all times
Analyzing requirements for Inter-agency working groups and coordinating inputs from numerous sources, other Government agencies, academia, and non-Governmental organizations
Research multiple topics, such as major technical issues and research trends, and use that research to write speeches and create presentations that focus on specific topics to engage audiences; draft speeches and presentations specifically for customer; and produce complex, high-profile speeches, presentations and communications for customer.
A minimum of ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience in providing ExecutiveLevel supportto high-ranking Federal Government Senior Executive or DoD Flag I General Officers
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college oruniversityis required. At the discretion of the Government, specialized experience including military or industry executive assistant experience may be substituted in lieu of specific educational requirements.
Secret clearance required
Possess problem solving skills and able to conduct independent research
Properly handle sensitive information
Experience and skiIls in providing Executive Level support to political appointees (Tier 4 SESs) is preferred.
