    Position Overview

    E3 Federal Solutions seeks an Administrative Support Specialist and Training Coordinator to support the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Facilities Service Division (FSD) Federal Facilities Directorate (FFD) Emergency Management Office (EMO) in developing and exercising their Continuity of Operations Plan.

     

    The successful candidate will oversee the execution of a single task order, to include the following regular work responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

     

    • Provides administrative support duties necessary to keep the office running smoothly.
    • Establishes procedures and routines such as updating emergency contact information, updating COOP manuals and standard operating procedures (SOP’s), and coordinating the flow of work within the Emergency Management Office
    • Performs a variety of data management functions, including paper and electronic file and records management, setting up and managing spreadsheets and databases, producing reports, compiling information and sometimes analyzing results.
    • Perform word processing functions ranging from drafting memos, preparing PowerPoint briefings, developing Excel spread sheets, typing memorandums, drafting and editing reports, proposals and other business documents.

    Required Qualifications

    • CLEARANCE: SECRET
    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college
    • Specific knowledge of Emergency Support Functions and emergency response roles.
    • General knowledge of National Incident Management System (NIMS) procedures, especially Incident Command System (ICS) command and general staff functions and emergency response roles.
    • General knowledge of techniques used in collecting, analyzing, prioritizing, and summarizing open source and classified information.
    • General knowledge of the principles and practices governing homeland security and Federal emergency

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Familiarity with DoD Continuity of Operations (COOP) process
    • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
    • Ability to compile and write grammatically competent arid accurate reports in compliance with established format, and with attention to detail.
