    Position Overview

    E3 Federal Solutions (E3) is an award winning Veteran Owned Business specializing in providing acquisition management, financial management, and program management support to the federal government.


    This position would oversee a team that will help the government support activities related to the 2020 Census. This is a high profile program with results that impact everything from Federal funding allocations to the apportionment of the House of Representatives and the Electoral College.


    E3 is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support a future opportunity at the US Census Bureau.

    Job duties to include but not limited to:

    • Overseeing contract deliverables and staff
    • Tracking funding, expenditures, balances, and overall funding status along with projecting burn rates through appropriate periods of performance
    • Working with government leadership to secure funding for contract
    • Reviewing monthly invoices and develop monthly status reports
    • Servnig as point of contact for contracting/PMO staff work assignments
    • Tracking Census portfolio funding, projecting needs and variances
    • Assisting on monthly financial reports and reporting of findings
    • Assisting in the creation of contract related documentation
    • Assisting in the formulation, coordination, facilitation, administration, and evaluation of contracts, as directed by the COR
    • Evaluating and/or monitor project/program performance and advise government personnel of the necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts and compliance with contractual obligations
    • Providing recommendations regarding communication of solicitation planning, status, and results to stakeholders

    Required Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree is required 
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in performing directly related project management work
    • Previous experience managing 10+ people
    • Experience developing and maintaining working relationships with high level officials and technical experts
    • Ability to conduct analytic assessments of work plans and progress reports and identify strengths and weaknesses
    • Ability to work collaboratively with all team members
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite -  PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Word
    • Experience working in a fast-based, analytical environment
    • Experience with project management, scheduling, and risk management/mitigation
    • Experience with solving difficult issues related to project funding and scheduling
    • Strong knowledge of project management activities, procedures, processes and techniques 

    Preferred Qualifications


    • MS/MBA
    • Knowledge of Federal contracting regulations and acquisition administration in a Federal environment
