    Position Overview

    E3 Federal Solutions, LLC seeks experienced consultants to join our team in support of our project work with the Department of Homeland Security - Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).  

    Responsibilities

    • Manage a team of 2-8 FTEs completing a varied set of program management functions ranging from data analytics, reporting, statistical analysis, policy writing, and communications
    • Lead specific analytical requests and data analytics as defined by the client
    • Support the DHS Joint Requirements Council (JRC) and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) within DHS
    • Provide input to completion of monthly deliverables to client in alignment with Statement of Work
    • Balance multiple deliverables across offices to support mission requirements

    Required Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in business, mathematics, engineering, information systems, or similar field
    • 10+ years of professional experience
    • Experience in enhancing data functionality and capabilities
    • Have demonstrated knowledge and application in the areas of acquisition life cycle program management, Technology Readiness Level (TRL) thresholds, requirements identification, development and management of Research & Development (R&D) activities with strong understanding of budgeting and management necessities required for successful transition to Operations and Support (O&S).
    • Experience with Excel, Access, and advanced analytical tools
    • Ability to attain DHS Suitability

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Active DHS Suitability or Secret Clearance
    • DHS or other Federal Law Enforcement Agency Experience
