    Position Overview

    E3 Federal Solutions is hiring cleared high-caliber Acquisition Consultants with six to ten years of experience to support one of our national intelligence customers.  At E3, we focus on creating an exceptional employee and customer experience.  If you are motivated by mission and measure your success by the impact you have, we want to invite you to apply.


    We have several funded positions for Acquisition Consultants to assist senior government personnel with creating innovative business strategies, agile procurement solutions, and developing and implementing procurement policy/processes. You will be empowered to:

    • Provide research, technical expertise and assistance in project management, contract acquisitions, and procurement
    • Develop guidance and direction on acquisition position identification, acquisition position coding and documentation support, analysis activities and workforce planning activities in compliance with the standards of the Defense Acquisition Workforce Implementation Act (DAWIA) and existing policies and procedures
    • Provide advice and assistance to functional area technical experts (COR and program offices) on contractual matters in the acquisition planning stages based on a working knowledge of regulation policy
    • Plan, prepare and maintain acquisition plans and overall acquisition administration functions to include program control and tracking
    • Develop performance criteria and requirements into sound/sufficient Statement of Work and/or task orders 
    • Develop source selection evaluation criteria
    • Coordinate with technical experts and contracting officers to ensure project milestones are reflected in the contractual documents and project plan
    • Develop Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE)

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Active TS/SCI clearance
    • 6+ years’ experience
    • Proven ability to manage and control funds and resources on a project
    • Experience with major system or advisory service acquisitions

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of IC acquisition policy
    • DAWIA or Industry Standard certification in Contracting
    • Active affiliation with acquisition related industry groups
