    Position Overview

    E3 Federal Solutions, LLC seeks an Acquisition Cost Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Program Management Office (PMO) providing facilities, infrastructure, and related support services to CBP and DHS.  The PMO manages real property, engineering, acquisition and environmental oversight for buildings and structures nation-wide. 

     

    Responsibilities

    E3 is seeking an Acquisition Cost Analyst to support Customs and Border Protection

    The Acquisition Cost Analyst will be responsible for the following:

    • Possess Strong cost estimating skills
    • Draft and create cost estimates in support of client acquisitions
    • Review prepared cost estimates to ensure consistency between identified requirements, scoping documents, and estimated costs documents
    • Review prepared costs estimates to ensure consistency between identified requirements, scoping documents and estimated cost documents
    • Participate in the review process for prepared cost estimates, bases of estimate, cost models.
    • Experience working in a Program Management Office (PMO)
    • Possess strong acquisition knowledge to include, but not limited to:
    • Draft and Review of Pre-Solicitation Documents (Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, Acquisition Plans, etc)
    • Assist with Market Research
    • Acquisition Schedule Preparation
    • Assist with Contract Administration Support
    • Assist with Set-up Kick-Off/Post Award meetings
    • Assist with Acquisition Support Team Meeting Preparation

    Required Qualifications

    • BA or BS in related field
    • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Project)
    • Ability to work with precision and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and dependable
    • Experience working and interacting with high-level executives, public officials, and stakeholders
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills

     

    Preferred Qualifications

     

    • Contracting experience 
    • CBP Suitability
