Lead a team of business analysts and oversee business process analysis projects for a federal law enforcement agency.
Interface with various lines of business within the government client to re-engineer business processes to address and eliminate inefficiencies, define performance measures, and standardize business processes; including elicitation sessions, market research, and benchmarking.
Brief Senior Executive Service (SES) leadership on findings and recommendations to assist leadership execute enterprise-wide initiatives; recommendations include: implementation of re-engineered business processes, acquiring and developing automated solutions, programmatic improvements, and/or organizational changes.
Create and manage project schedules utilizing Microsoft (MS) Project to maintain accountability with stakeholders, and to ensure timely delivery of work product and efficient use of resources.
Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
Experience with project management processes and methodologies
5+ years of project management experience
Strong communication skills including executive level presentations
