    Position Overview

    E3 is actively seeking multiple Project Managers to join our growing Navy practice, to manage specific teams/tasks aligned to various PEO offices.  The ideal candidate will have extensive government business and financial management experience, and direct experience within PEO IWS.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Manage cost, schedule, and day-to-day performance, while overseeing quality and timely submittal of deliverables within one or multiple PEO IWS offices.
    • Serve as the primary POC for the PEO IWS office(s) customer.
    • Provide support across a variety of PPBES tasks, ranging from budget development to execution.
    • Develop briefings for senior leadership and Congressional inquiries.
    • Support the development of Program Objective Memorandums (POMs).

    Required Qualifications

     

    • Bachelors degree
    • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience related to PPBES tasks, preferably within the Navy.
    • Significant demonstrated experience with DoD acquisition processes, in DoD program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business and financial management.

    • Experience managing teams, including subcontractors, to ensure successful delivery.
    • Secret clearance

    • Masters Degree
