    Position Overview

    E3 Federal Solutions is recruiting for a Deputy Program Manager to join our rapidly growing Navy practice, and support the management of a large team within PEO IWS. 

    The ideal candidate will have direct PEO IWS experience, and extensive Government business and financial management experience, preferably within the Navy. Responsibilities include:

    • Support day-to-day tasks across the contract, serving as a senior-level subject matter expert to both government customers and contract staff.
    • Serve as the back-up point of contact for the Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs)/end customers.
    • Regularly interact with subcontractors to ensure successful delivery across the contract.
    • Interface and propose ideas and solutions to senior government executives in response to emerging issues and pain points.
    • Plan, direct, and coordinate project tasks to ensure that goals are accomplished within the contractual timeframe and budget parameters.
    • Ensure Quality Assurance for all defined contract deliverables.
    • Maintain existing customer base and create new business (organic growth) within the account.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelors required
    • A minimum of 15 years relevant government business and financial management experience and/or direct support to PEO IWS. 
    • Significant demonstrated experience as Deputy Program Manager or Program Manager working with Senior Executive and Flag level personnel.
    • Substantial demonstrated experience in DoD acquisition processes, in DoD program management, Industry or Government technical management, or Industry or Government business and financial management.  

    • At a minimum, possess an active Secret clearance.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • masters preferred.
