    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Contract Administrator to support our Intelligence client in assisting senior level personnel, middle management and junior personnel with providing innovative business strategies, agile procurement solutions, and developing and implementing the agency procurement policy/processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Supports COR in the pre, post, and closeout of contract files.
    • Attends meetings with COR for the designated contract.
    • Maintains general cognizance of the contractor's technical efforts and progress.
    • Supports COR in documenting issues in the COR contract file to ensure mutual understanding.
    • Provides support in maintaining the COR file, documenting significant actions and retaining copies of trip reports, correspondence, and reports or deliverables received under the contract.
    • Supports COR in capturing correspondence with COR and contractor to include memoranda of any significant verbal discussions.
    • Advises the COR of any problems affecting the cost, schedule, or technical performance of the contract.
    • Provides assistance in review and filing of invoices and maintenance of burn charts.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in business or Business-related field required
    • Top Secret with active SCI in the last two years
    • 6+ years of progressive government contract experience
    • 2+ years working in contract administration
    • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of tools, including SharePoint
    • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and acquisition planning

    Preferred Qualifications

    • CI Polygraph clearance strongly preferred
    • Knowledge of DIA and/or Intelligence contracting community highly desired
    • Ability to work independently and in a team on very complex acquisitions
    • Active affiliation with acquisition related industry groups highly desired
