E3 Federal Solutions is seeking a Test and Evaluation Engineer to join the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) Technical Management Team. This position reports to the Technical Management Team Lead to provide Test and Evaluation (T&E) support for Information Technology (IT) software/system T&E planning, design/development, execution, data collection, analysis, and results communication for HSPD-12 IT systems.
The successful candidate must have exceptional technical writing skills to ensure production of high-quality T&E artifacts. Candidate must have the ability to understand both End User and Technical Subject Matter Expert needs and be able to clearly translate these into well-written supporting documentation. The successful candidate will work well independently, as well as within a team, and possess a well-developed combination of analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to pass a government background check (Public Trust).
As a member of the Technical Management Team, the candidate will execute and maintain the standards of project management and processes in accordance with Project Management Institute (PMI), DHS System Engineering Lifecycle (DHS-SELC) implementation, and System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
