E3's finance team is actively seeking a driven, experienced pricing analyst.
Act as a lead for providing pricing strategy and business guidance for pricing and estimating a wide range of proposals across a large portfolio of business, including working closely with business development, pricing staff and proposal teams, as they are developing and managing proposal submission efforts and associated strategies.
Drive collaboration in developing and estimating pricing targets, including risk mitigation and business strategies and review and analyze key opportunities, assess and suggesting proposal strategies to achieve pricing and business objectives, including following compliance requirements and guidelines, and refined bid strategy.
Assist with developing best practices for team-wide policies and processes, including analyses for cost estimating, price points, competitiveness, solicitations, risk, trade-offs and optimization.
Monitor pricing performance for competitiveness and business performance, and resolve or escalate problems that may impact competitiveness, performance or execution.
Provide financial program control support for portfolio of contracts including but not limited to monitoring funding, tracking financial forecasts, profitability analysis, and support monthly financial close activities. Assist accounting and program managers with invoice reviews to clients and for subs.
7+ years of experience with federal government accounting, finance, contracting, proposal development, project management or compensation analysis, including pricing strategies, structures, tools and communications
4+ years of experience with a federal government services pricing environment
Experience with contract vehicles, including GSA schedules and government-wide acquisition contracts with knowledge of FAR, especially FAR Parts 12 and 15 and agency supplements, estimating systems and cost accounting standards
Experience with writing price volumes
Experience with pricing cost reimbursable, Time & Material, Firm Fixed Price contract types
Experience with identifying competitive price points and developing Price to Win strategies.
Knowledge of aspects of business metrics, negotiation, accounting practices, contracts administration and project management
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills – between Sub/Prime and within proposal team
Strong presentation skills – within proposal team and Leadership
Highly experienced in Excel
BA or BS degree or 4 years of experience as a pricing analyst in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
Ability to successfully support a quick paced, high-volume, diverse and changing, deadline driven workload
