    Position Overview

    E3 Federal Solutions, LLC is seeking a Human Capital Consultant to support a DoD client in the Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO).  The highly motivated candidate will be providing leadership and guidance through knowledge, experience, and their ability to effectively solve problems.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Provide a high-level strategic analysis and planning with the ability to work with and manage demands and expectations from multiple leaders.
    • Provide human capital/human resources subject matter expertise for problem definition, analysis, and requirements development, to include a strong working knowledge of the detailed personnel agreements (including DoDI 1100.23, military awards and decorations processes, Special Government Employee processes, Intergovernmental Personnel Act agreements, DoD AcqDemo performance evaluation system, performance plan, and position description development.
    • Provide strategic recommendations for human capital improvements and optimization.
    • Work directly with staff to determine best practices, leverage learning areas, and continuously improve adoption.
    • Establish and implement key metrics to track and communicate initiatives to stakeholders
    • Other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree; Minimum 8-10 years of related government Human Capital experience
    • 5-7 years experience with the DoD AcqDemo system and the ability to clearly articulate system functions and interactions to the client
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members
    • Consultative approach toward clients
    • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
