    Position Overview

    E3 Federal Solutions seeks Training & Event Coordinators to support the General Services Administration and work with a team of consultants and federal government stakeholders to support a program management office (PMO).

     

    This role will directly support the Government PMO leadership with ongoing and future programs, research, business case development, stakeholder management, analysis and data collection, communication, and reporting needs to ensure effective PMO execution.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Provide coordination of agency-wide multi-modal events
    • Develop, coordinate and/or review content and materials for meetings, training and events
    • Coordinate training sessions and planning activities around major large-scale events
    • Provide minutes of meetings and prepare status reports/action items
    • Produce and administer follow-up surveys in coordination with stakeholders
    • Prepare meeting spaces for large volume events
    • Coordinate meetings with outside stakeholders
    • Track decisions and attendance at meetings
    • Support advertising events in coordination with the Office of Strategic Communications

     

    Required Qualifications

     

    • 5+ years of experience supporting a federal client
    • Bachelors degree
    • Proven ability to successfully manage the delivery and execution of multiple work assignments on schedule and with minimal direction
    • Ability to work effectively and interact with all levels of management including executive leadership
    • Self-directed and motivated with strong organizational, systematic and orderly planning abilities, and high attention to detail Excellent writing and communication skills
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google suite of products
