    Position Overview

    E3 Federal Solutions seeks Acquisition Workforce Specialists to support the General Services Administration and work with a team of consultants and federal government stakeholders to support a program management office (PMO).

     

    This role will directly support the Government PMO leadership with ongoing and future programs, research, business case development, stakeholder management, analysis and data collection, communication, and reporting needs to ensure effective PMO execution.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct data dives, provide monthly FAC-C data acquisition certification reports
    • Provide briefing presentations and documentations
    • Implement guidance development for stakeholder community
    • Create standard operating procedure materials for repeatable OGP activities
    • Develop policy recommendations, instantiation and oversight
    • Facilitate internal and external meetings
    • Produce email communication to send to GSA Acquisition workforce
    • Perform workload assessments
    • Provide project deliverables for Acquisition Workforce Divisions to include project plans that include work breakdown structures
    • Conduct analysis and documentation to coincide with objectives
    • Provide weekly project scheduling and tracking via smartsheets 

    Required Qualifications

    • 8 plus years experience
    • Bachelors degree
    • Experience with Federal Acquisition Training Application Systems (FAITAS)
    • Experience with Google suite, Smartsheets, Trello and Tableau
    • Experience with Acquisition policy; Career Management policy 
    • Experience with project management methodology
    • Experience with strategic outreach and stakeholder engagement
    • Familiarity with acquisition workforce activities (preferred)
