    Responsibilities

    E3 Federal Solutions seeks Program Support Specialists to support the General Services Administration and work with a team of consultants and federal government stakeholders to support a program management office (PMO).

     

    This role will directly support the Government PMO leadership with ongoing and future programs, research, business case development, stakeholder management, analysis and data collection, communication, and reporting needs to ensure effective PMO execution.

    • Provide logistics support for meetings and events including meeting invitations, room reservations, development of agendas and meeting materials, audio visual support, meeting minutes, and action item tracking
    • Support the program management office in activities such as writing project descriptions and tracking other project details such as status and milestones in tools such as Trello
    • Support the development and research of presentations, reports, and other deliverables
    • Support status reporting on assigned projects and/or activities

    Required Qualifications

     

    • 2+ years support a federal client
    • Bachelors degree
    • Proven ability to successfully manage the delivery and execution of multiple work assignments on schedule and with minimal direction
    • Ability to work effectively and interact with all levels of management including executive leadership
    • Self-directed and motivated with strong organizational, systematic and orderly planning abilities, and high attention to detail Excellent writing and communication skills
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google suite of products
