    Position Overview

    E3 Federal Solutions seeks Senior PMO Analysts to support the General Services Administration and work with a team of consultants and federal government stakeholders to support a program management office (PMO).

     

    This role will directly support the Government PMO leadership with ongoing and future programs, research, business case development, stakeholder management, analysis and data collection, communication, and reporting needs to ensure effective PMO execution.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Assist the government PMO clients operate and mature PMO programs and services.
    • Partner with PMO subject matter experts (SMEs) and assist with development of high quality key artifacts such as business cases, reports, business and technical requirements, process improvement documentation, business process diagrams and workflows, executive presentations, white-papers, progress reports, templates, and other materials as necessary to support continued operations of the PMO.
    • Effectively manage timely communication and interactions with key PMO stakeholders, including information technology (IT) stakeholders.
    • Apply proficient organization skills to manage, track, prioritize, report, and complete all assigned tasks on time.
    • Ensures that all project information is captured and accurately reported in PMO reports.
    • Provide meeting facilitation as required (prepare meeting agenda, schedule and set up meetings, prepare meeting materials, draft detailed meeting minutes, and follow up on open actions).
    • Identify and communicate potential risks and issues that would have substantial program impact.
    • Design high level processes and policies in support of the PMO programs.
    • Support content management by assembling and organizing key PMO artifacts on client portal.
    • Pro-actively support strategic PMO initiatives to maturate the PMO organization, processes, and tools.

    Required Qualifications

    • 8+ years of business analyst experience delivering projects, preferably in federal government environment.
    • Bachelors Degree
    • Customer-focused attitude and ability to work pro-actively and efficiently with an appropriate sense of urgency.
    • Excellent writing and communication skills.
    • Proficient in client and stakeholder management, facilitation, program support, and organization skills.
    • Proven ability to successfully manage the delivery and execution of high quality, multiple work assignments on schedule and with minimal direction.
    • Ability to work effectively and interact with all levels of management including executive leadership.
    • Expertise in using, MS Office, expert in PowerPoint
    • Self-directed and motivated with strong organizational, systematic and orderly planning abilities, and high attention to details.

     

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Google Suite desired
