E3 is seeking a Project Scheduler to provide support to address developing and maintaining the scheduling standards and templates, and developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) support for programs for our client.
Monitor and advance all activities contained in the IMS and master schedules to be updated and statused weekly, and program progress will be reported to sponsors and management
Support the established Project and Program Management Policies and Procedures as well as the eSDLC and Program Life Cycle by providing all requisite programmatic documentation prescribed by the eSDLC or Program Life Cycle in accordance to the project schedule and ensure project teams adhere to the Program Life Cycle and/or eSDLC tailoring guidance
Provide advice and guidance to support the PMO in its continuous improvement efforts and maturity capability processes
Support incorporation of schedule management principles and best practices and abide by the established requirements gathering processes in all process improvement efforts
BA/BS degree is required
3+ years of professional experience
High level of proficiency in Primavera
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance
