    Responsibilities

    E3 Federal Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Management Analyst, to form a team of two, to support a federal advisory committee within the newly established Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)). The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in data analytics or human capital.

     

    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Together, with other Management Analysts, conduct data gathering and provide research and analysis to support the development of advice and recommendations various studies, including objectives, operational concepts, strategic plans, and project plans to enhance the performance of internal staff, amongst other activities.
    • Design and execute complex event planning and logistics concepts in support of public meetings and events.
    • Design and execute stakeholder analyses and engagement plans.
    • Prepare informative presentations, and write and edit memoranda, presentations, and reports, describing meeting, trips, findings, and recommendations.
    • Support oversight by developing and tracking metrics, and conducting data gathering or monitoring that support the evaluation of projects (e.g., calculation of life cycle costs, manpower assessments, budgets, etc.).
    • Assist with drafting and staffing of memorandum of agreements or correspondence between DoD stakeholders; develop and staff study management structure work and data analytics; schedule briefings and meetings with senior-level officials; and coordinate various support tasks for data efforts.
    • Develop and present reports to include the monthly status report and trip reports, and other memoranda, as required
    • Provide meeting support, including but not limited to scheduling, organizing, preparation of meeting materials, briefing materials, travel materials, etc.

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to data analysis, project management, and/or human capital.
    • Minimum of 6 years’ direct experience with data analysis/management
    • Strong analytical skillset or strong human capital skillset
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task in support senior-level officials within the organization
    • Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques
    • Understanding of knowledge management techniques and best practices.
    • Demonstrated experience with planning and executing travel for senior-level officials
    • Demonstrated experience with event planning
    • Expertise with Microsoft Office products (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Internet tools
    • Ability to travel both CONUS and OCONUS for up to 6 calendar days multiple times per calendar year
    • Active SECRET clearance

    Preferred:

    • Experience provide support within the OSD/Pentagon environment
    • Demonstrated ability to professionally interact with colleagues and senior-level officials
    • Familiarity with innovation, design thinking, human-centered design, entrepreneurship, Lean Start-Up methodology, process improvement, or similar business practices related to innovation
    • Familiarity with the Department’s acquisition and budgeting processes, and acquisition related data
