E3 Federal Solutions is recruiting for experienced Technical Support Specialists in Arlington, VA to support the Office of Naval Research (ONR).
Prepare documentation of proposed transitions for senior and executive review groups, proposal evaluation committees, etc. Documentation may be in the form of quad charts, detailed Questionnaires, due diligence documentation, Technology Transition Agreements (TTAs) or Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs), and/or summary evaluation reports
Conduct studies and prepare background/position papers and perform coordination and facilitation tasks
Maintain transition records to support overall program evaluations and lessons learned efforts
Six (6) years’ experience in supporting Fleet or Force Operations, DoN S&T organizations, or technology transition programs.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university with three years’ experience with government technology programs or Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university and six years relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to deal with scientific, engineering, and program management personnel in person, on-line, and on the phone
