    Position Overview

    E3 Federal Solutions is recruiting for experienced Program Managers in Arlington, VA to support the Office of Naval Research (ONR). The ideal candidate(s) will have ten (10) years’ experience in the transition of new, emerging and improving technologies into Department of Navy (DoN) Programs of Record.

    Responsibilities

    Specific tasks include:

    • Provide business and programmatic expertise to assist in the management and execution of the technology transition and technology transfer programs
    • Perform program management support and quality control activities
    • Monitor the technical and programmatic execution of all transition and transfer efforts selected and funded by the Government. This includes regular reporting on the financial status, achievement of technical milestones, discovered or impending obstacles to transition, and ongoing commitment to transition by all relevant parties

    Required Qualifications

    • Secret clearance
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
    • SPRDE Level III (or obtained within 12 months)
    • Excellent skills in analytical and evaluative techniques to identify, consider, and assess technologies for maturity, cost, and supportability
    • Must have the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
    • 10+ years of experience with a combination of program management, Fleet or Force Operations, DoN S&T organizations and technology transition
