E3 is looking for a Systems Support Analyst to:

  • Assist the Government in a variety of support to ensure all systems are administered properly, data is kept up to date, and systems initiatives are managed timely;
    • Systems to be supported shall be the Work Management System (WMS), FITT, SharePoint, and TRIRIGA;
  • Support the Systems Lead in conducting regular reviews of systems data in the FITT, the WMS, and TRIRIGA (or their replacement systems);
    • Conduct regular audits of all data as required by DHS, CBP, FM&E, and PMO policy;
    • Assist in mass data loads and data corrections in the systems;
    • Conduct analysis on systems data and support the organization in making sure all information is correct and accurate;
  • Provide information management for the larger PMO;
    • Shall manage the data accuracy and entry around PMO warranties, permits, and other data centric PMO documentation;
    • Help coordinate the collection and organization of project plans and engineering records;
    • Perform larger clean-up initiatives of data within the Government systems, specifcally TRIRIGA.


Description of Requirements, Skills & Certifications:

  • 3 or more years of experience in systems/IT analytical support is required;
  • Bachelor’ or equivalent degree is required;
  • Possess a proven experience developing and maintaining working relationships with high level officials and technical experts;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all team members;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Expertise with Microsoft office suite of programs, especially MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
  • Experience working in a fast-based, analytical environment.


Specialized Skills/Certifications include:

  • Must be able to obtain CBP suitability;
  • Completed CBP Background Investigation clearance strongly preferred;
  • DHS Experience is preferred.
