    Responsibilities

    E3 Federal Solutions, LLC seeks a SME in the Acquisition space to join our leadership team and assist in building out an Acquisition Practice and serve as the Acquisition Community of Practice Lead.

     

    The position is located in McLean, VA (8281 Greensboro Dr.) with client site travel occasionally.

     

    The Community of Practice Lead’s regular work responsibilities include the following:

     

    • Build out Acquisition Lifecycle Methodology
    • Stand up and manage E3’s acquisition Community Of Practice (COP)
    • Create an acquisition career guide for different E3 levels
    • Increase E3’s acquisition brand across both industry and government
    • Assist with acquisition subject matter expertise across all engagements where E3 is performing acquisition support (creating solutions, solving challenges, interviewing potential employees, etc.)
    • Assist with building out a market/delivery plan
    • Build a COP Core Team to assist with leading the effort
    • Create Knowledge Repository for tools, templates, formats, collective genius
    • Identify and integrate COP into strategic trade groups around acquisition
    • Create thought leadership internally to E3 as well as external stakeholders (articles, news, trends, innovation, etc.)
    • Discover and extract grass root efforts at the project level as needed
    • Develop 5 year roadmap
    • Integrate career growth into talent management road map
    • Possibility of billable work required while the COP is being developed in a surge capacity
    • Responsible for the growth of the E3 acquisition community

    Qualifications

    We seek individuals who are energetic, forward thinking and possess excellent communication skills, with strong federal business analysis experience.  

    Knowledge and experience of the full lifecycle of the federal government contracting landscape, is required.

     

    Qualifications;

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Experience working with government-wide acquisition contracts (GWAC's)
    • Experience with educational/team development
    • Demonstrated experience with federal business development
    • Experience with end-to-end government procurement
    • Must be eligible to obtain/hold a government security clearance.
