    Responsibilities

    E3 is seeking Senior level Management and Strategy Consultant(s) to support a client within the General Services Administration with comprehensive management and strategy consulting services to include stakeholder engagement, analytical and operational activities for policy assessment, program evaluation and improvement, organizational development, and communications.

     

    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Management consulting experience in business strategy, organizational design, process re-engineering, and/or change management
    • Strategic communications to support clear communication of information and priorities to stakeholders inside and outside of Federal government
    • Ability to build consensus around initiatives and priorities at the program, agency and government-wide levels.
    • Program management and project management experience required
    • Client engagement experience enabling high quality project outcomes are delivered on time
    • Knowledge of developing work schedules and plans of multiple stakeholder groups
    • Ability to track project activity related to base-lined milestones and metrics

     

     

    Qualifications

    Candidate must possess knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

    • The role of the General Services Administration within the Federal government.
    • Federal organization performance management including goal and target setting, metric development, strategic planning, and performance improvement strategies
    • Information Technology and the role of the IT function in large organizations
    • Financial Management and the role of the finance function in large organizations
    • Shared Services in helping the federal government transform to create a modernized, innovative ecosystem that eliminates redundancy, reduces risk, and leverages government’s buying power
    • Data analytics to provide information and insights to leaders in the interest of improving policy and decision making
    • Evaluation and Sciences to apply findings and methods form the social and behavioral science to help policies, programs, and operations of government
    • Organization Performance Management including goal and target setting, measure development, performance reviews, strategic planning, and performance improvement strategies

     

     

    • 5+ years management consulting experience in business strategy, organizational design, process reengineering, and/or change management
    • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
    • Program management and project management experience required.
    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
