E3 Federal Solutions, LLC seeks a Construction Inspector /Construction Quality Assurance Professional to join our team in support of our homeland security federal government client, the Department of Homeland Security, Science and Technology Directorate, Office of National Laboratories.
This position is located in Manhattan, Kansas and will support a large scale laboratory construction project.
The Construction Inspector's regular work responsibilities include the following:
Supports the project manager, contracting officer (CO) and contracting officer’s representatives (COR) to develop, monitor, evaluate and implement quality assurance plans and systems, key performance based system metrics, and formal and informal reviews.
Conducts daily field observation reports using established site processes and report formats.
Manages activities and issues and tracks logs of potential construction deficiencies provided to the Project Manager, CO and the COR using established site processes and report formats.
