    Position Overview

    E3 is seeking a Business Analyst to support an upcoming requirement at Department of Transportation


    The Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:

    • Compile data and maintain information in various databases
    • Research and transcribe data, run quality control reports, track unfinished reports, print reports, and distribute to appropriate parties
    • Evaluate, inspect and analyze reports in support of a Program Management Office and report on findings 
    • Help develop documents, briefings, and guidance 
    • Read, review and disseminate incoming correspondence
    • Establish and maintain various filing and record management systems
    • Draft, proof, and process correspondence and other materials
    • Research, compile, assimilate, and prepare confidential and sensitive documents
    • Produce a variety of documents, briefing books, charts, and graphs in final form
    • Conduct audits of reports 


    Required Qualifications

    • BA or BS in related field
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Project)
    • Ability to work with precision and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and dependable
    • Experience working and interacting with high-level executives, public officials, and stakeholders
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills



    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Department of Transportation is a plus
    • Experience with DOT Federal Transit Administration
