Responsibilities

E3 is currently hiring for an HR Associate. This position supports E3's internal Human Capital department.

 

⦁ Lead HR Communications to include monthly newsletter, annual compliance reminders, etc.
⦁ Manage the process for On-boarding, Benefits, and Separations
⦁ Administer E3's performance management system
⦁ Complete monthly metrics reports for business strategy and quality
⦁ Manage E3's Employee Handbook and Policies
⦁ Support company employee engagement programs
⦁ Support HR Business Partners as needed

Qualifications

⦁ Must have minimum of 3 years of human resources experience in the government contracting industry
⦁ Ideal candidate should be a self-starter, with interest in taking ownership of HR processes as listed in the description above
⦁ Experience with HRIS required; UltiPro experience is a plus
⦁ Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
