E3 has an exciting opportunity for an Acquisition Manager to join our existing team providing contractual design and full acquisition lifecycle support to a federal agency in Washington, DC. The position will work closely with multiple stakeholders in the program management office to manage acquisition planning and execution of both new and existing projects in all phases of the acquisition lifecycle. This position will require monthly internal audit readiness of existing contract portfolios including; electronic contract files, project archives, as well as financial plans and income/profit goals. E3 is seeking individuals that are energetic, forward thinking, with excellent communication skills, and strong federal business analysis experience. Knowledge and experience of the full lifecycle of federal contracting landscape is required. Job responsibilities include:
Support the execution of existing contracts and assist in the design and competition of new, large, and complex government procurements. Activities include; project sizing, writing full spectrum acquisition packages, advise clients on best practices, capture lessons learned, and ensuring the integrated project team meets deadlines.
