Responsibilities

E3 Federal Solutions seeks a business leader to support the Border Security and Law Enforcement Division and build on our significant existing footprint within Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and into adjacent organizations. In this new role, the business leader will be responsible for client delivery, staff leadership/management, and account growth and strategy.

  • Ensure ongoing programmatic delivery excellence across the accounts; ensure consistency and quality across business base
  • In collaboration with the E3 Business Development Office (BDO), develop and execute, an aggressive business development/marketing campaign across the assigned market segment and leverage E3’s strategic teaming partner relationships to expand business on current programs, as well as expand the E3 presence across additional Components, offices and agencies
  • Actively work with BDO to validate and pursue business opportunities within the accounts to expand the client base through organic and/or new business growth
  • Develop, coach, and retain high-performance team members, empowering them to elevate their level of responsibility, span of control, and performance
  • Actively manage existing teaming partner relationships (Prime and Subcontractor) as well as potential future partners for upcoming task orders or programs
  • Actively participate in Industry Organizations (e.g., , ACT-IAC, AFCEA, NCMA) that align with the Division

Qualifications

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of projects across multiple clients/agencies, with specific experience within Customs and Border Protection and P&L greater than $10M/year
  • Proven ability to expand and grow business
  • Must have experience identifying and shaping business development opportunities
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  • Must possess, or have the ability to obtain DHS/CBP BI
