The SA will be assigned to RRTO and shall provide EC&P and AT&L with expert level senior analytical biometric and forensic expertise. The
Contractor will provide programmatic, policy and analytic expertise in the field of biometrics and forensics applied through OSD, Joint Staff and across industry and other governmental agencies.



  • Bachelor's Degree in a recognized engineering, scientific, technical, and/or related disciplines.
  • Current TS/SCI Clearance.

Highly desired:

  • 10+ years’ experience in biometrics/forensics and DoD or equivalent government organization (e.g., DHS, DOJ).
  • Recent experience in RDT&E project management



  • Military service experience.
  • A Master's Degree (or higher) in a recognized engineering, scientific, technical, management or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Best Practices.
