E3 Federal Solutions seeks a Program Manager to support the US Census Bureau by providing acquisition, risk, scheduling, PMO, and inventory management support


The PMO manages real property, acquisition, and projects in support of the 2020 Census.  


The successful candidate will oversee the execution of the program and support day-to-day activities to include the following regular work responsibilities:

  • Manage the budget, schedule and requirements of multiple concurrent projects. Liaise between project managers, other governmental entities, upper management and international organizations.
  • Support project planning, production, quality control, project financials, and staff direction and oversight, and provide deliverables under the task order
  • Provide management of client interface at the COR level
  • Track contract deliverables, costs, resources for multiple projects
  • Oversee the rollout of acquisition management processes
  • Report on project progress and respond to inquiries about projects from client management and Congress. Interface regularly with stakeholders to Project Managers, and other U.S. Government agencies and components
  • Assist government stakeholders to create and manage the budgets and schedules and prioritization of current and future year project plans for the program
  • Provide risk management baseline and manage contingency execution
  • Monitor program funds and execute financial transactions in the government financial system
  • Report on program progress, issues and resolutions
  • Develop and deliver weekly status reports and other ad hoc reports


  • BA/BS degree is required 
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, acquisition and/or management
  • A minimum of 5 year of previous management experience, preferably of a team of 10+ resources
  • Possess a proven experience developing and maintaining working relationships with high level government personnel
  • Ability to conduct analytic assessments of work plans and progress reports and identify strengths and weaknesses
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all team members
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite -  PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Word
  • Experience working in a fast-based, analytical environment
  • Experience with acquisitions, project management, scheduling, and risk management/mitigation
  • Experience with solving difficult issues related to project funding and scheduling
  • Strong knowledge of project management activities, procedures, processes and techniques
