    Position Overview

    E3 Federal Solutions LLC seeks a Management Analyst to join our team in support of our homeland security federal government client, the Department of Homeland Security - Federal Protective Services.


    The Management Analyst is responsible for developing and conducting complex qualitative and quantitative studies, research and analysis to evaluate, integrate, or improve program/project productivity. The Analyst will facilitate and provide methodology development and evaluation, business process re-engineering, and identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, and organizational development.



    • Identify and develop methods, plans, and documentation to streamline operating procedures, reports and systems to improve operations, achieve savings and encourage long-range planning to assure the program/project produce results in a cost effective manner
    • Apply process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects
    • Provide activity and data modeling, develop modern business methods, identify best practices, create and assess performance measurements, and provide group facilitation, interviewing, and training
    • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials
    • •Maintain confidentiality of information
    • Assist the Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the development of policy documents
      Prepare, edit and assemble reports required for meetings and presentations
    • Work effectively with other branches and divisions within the organization to accomplish tasks
    • Provide assistance, as needed, with special projects
    • Obtain necessary information from appropriate source(s) to complete assigned tasks and share information with others as needed
    • Oversee the development, revision and preparation of training materials
    • Oversee the development and editing of regularly scheduled status reports, as requested by the Project Management Division

    Required Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years or more total work experience with 6 years performing similar work
    • Demonstrated experience conducting analytical support work activities
    • Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical and cost data
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2003 or higher to include Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project 2007
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability clearance
