Responsibilities

E3 is currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support strategic planning, portfolio formulation, technical analysis and studies within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO).  Specific tasks will include:

  • Develop strategic and technical plans that support the pursuit of innovative capabilities, including evaluating and providing recommendations for proposed kinetic and non-kinetic analysis and projects.
  • Coordinate across stakeholder communities (e.g., Services, CCMDs, other Defense agencies, etc.) to identify, develop, enable, and integrate technical or planning solutions.
  • Provide research expertise and program support, spanning the DoD acquisition lifecycle from procurement to technology transition.
  • Assess proposals for research and development (R&D), prototypes, demonstrations, and field trials to determine technical merit of proposed objectives and methodologies.
  • Verify modeling, simulation, and analysis of threats for new proposed concepts.
  • Provide innovative thinking to combine technical and operational ideas to mitigate potential challenges.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of recent and relevant programmatic and technical support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or other S&T-related subjects is required.
  • Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
