E3 is actively looking for a self-motivated Vice President of Business Development with proven results within the federal market with expertise in the Homeland Security market, specifically within HQ (S&T, Management, CIO), USCG, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, Federal Emergency Management Agency, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, National Protection and Programs Directorate, United States Secret Service, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the Transportation Security Administration.
The Vice President of Business Development will be a key driver of growth in E3’s Homeland Security portfolio and is expected to work within a dynamic team environment and will be part of a fast paced and highly collaborative business development organization. The ideal candidate must have the initiative to identify new business opportunities within Homeland Security and work with E3’s capture team to successfully bring opportunities to closure. The Vice President of Business Development will focus on full range of business development activities including, but not limited to, relationship building/maturation, customer influence, teaming and partnering, shaping, capture strategy, win theme and discriminator development and overall pricing strategies. The candidate will report to the Senior Vice President of Business Development and will work closely with E3’s Senior Vice President for Homeland Security and Border Security/Law Enforcement divisions and other senior E3 leaders. The Vice President of Business Development will lead the development and execution of a Homeland Security growth strategy, including winning new work, building relationships, and participating in industry events.
