Responsibilities

E3 is seeking a Project Scheduler. The selected candidate will: 

  • Provide support to address developing and maintaining the scheduling standards and templates, and developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) support for programs within the IT Directorate
  • Monitor and advance all activities contained in the IMS and master schedules will be updated and statused weekly, and program progress will be reported to management
  • Provide advice and guidance to staff about activities necessary to integrate earned value management practices and reporting (American National Standards Institute/Electronic Industries Alliance (ANSI/EIA) Standard 748) to monitor and report progress against projected cost, schedule, and performance goals in USCB IT programs or projects
  • Develop, maintain, and report on critical path for master schedule

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree is required
  • Minimum 5 years of program managment/scheduling experience is required
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Primavera
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance

Preferred:

  • MA/MS degree is preferred
