  • Manage a team over 50 personnel, including subcontractors, conducting a range of management and administrative support tasks for multiple senior clients within the Office of the Secretary of Defense
  • Manage all contractual and logistical details including being the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer Representative
  • Responsible for working with internal support organizations to ensure the team is appropriately staffed to meet contract requirements
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate project tasks to ensure that goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters
  • Develop, review, and deliver quality contract deliverables on time
  • Manage and meet technical and financial performance goals for the contract
  • Interface with senior level executives, understand their needs, and develop timely solutions or recommendations that can be acted upon
  • Proactively propose ideas and solutions to senior government executives in response to emerging issues and pain points


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field. An advanced degree is highly desired, but not required
  • Shall possess a Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years of experience supporting senior level clients within the Department of Defense
  • Prior successful experience managing projects for which the individual was responsible and accountable
  • Capable of communicating confidently and effectively to senior executives both verbally and in writing
  • Prior experience managing a team of subcontractors
  • Active TOP SECRET clearance required. Eligibility to receive clearances at the highest level
