Responsibilities

E3  Federal Solutions, LLC seeks Business Analysts to join our team in support of our Civlian Agency government client - NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center.  

These positions are located in Rockville, MD.

These positions’ regular work responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide reporting and analysis of orders placed through the GWAC vehicles
  • Provide general administrative support to PMO
  • Track program level risks, issues, scope and timing changes
  • Coordinate and consolidate status report information
  • Create reports, metrics and tracking mechanism and provide analysis to relevant stakeholders
  • Participate in assigned projects to recommend and implement process improvements
  • Coordinate/facilitate with internal and external stakeholder
  • Help create and update standard operating procedures
  • Ensure quality measures with respect to operations and software development

 

Qualifications

Required Work Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years’ directly related professional working experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project
  • Possess strong customer service skills
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust government security clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting GWACs, agency-wide acquisition vehicles and IT contracts desired
