Responsibilities

E3 is currently seeking a Project Analyst with experience providing operational and administrative support to multiple stakeholders with varying deadlines and who has proven results working hand-in-hand with government leadership. The Project Analyst will:

 

  • Perform various tasks supporting working group sessions, forums, and meeting including developing agenda formats, monitoring action items, and producing minutes
  • Provide front office support for all administrative activities including but not limited to correspondence editing, tracking, processing of official correspondence; collecting data for budget inputs, arranging/processing travel authorizations and vouchers using the Defense Travel Systems (DTS); coordinating and tracking supplies; preparing briefing and presenting packages; coordinating training and records tracking as well as tracking scheduled appointments and arranging meetings and conferences
  • Facilitate meeting schedules, facilities, logistics, and communication requirements (e.g., coordinate video and telephone teleconferences)
  • Track various work assignments through the use of an electronic case/task database management system, which monitors inquiries and gathers responses
  • Track project status (both financial and technical) across a wide spectrum of efforts.
  • Write and edit various internal communications, with an emphasis on translating technical issues for non-technical audiences. 
  • Perform various general administrative activities and provides recommendations for improving the functions associated with monitoring/tracking travel information, preparing and disseminating general correspondence as well as monitor supply levels, and tracking training activities
  • Submit requests received from staff members and monitor office supply levels; track and monitor requested supply items

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative/operational support in a professional environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Proven experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders with varying deadlines
  • Experience with Office of the Secretary of Defense correspondence templates and guidelines
  • An active Secret security clearance
